SuccessfulBreastfeeding Successful Breastfeeding

Successful Breastfeeding is one of the greatest gifts you can give your baby. Breast milk contains exactly the right nutrients and immune enhancing properties to give your baby the best start in life. No formula milk comes anywhere close to the quality of your breast milk.

Breast feeding helps defend against infections, prevent allergies, and protect against sudden infant death syndrome, asthma, and obesity and diabetes in later life.

But breast feeding doesn’t come easily to many new mothers, especially in the early days.

You may be feeling uncertain about how to do this and have many normal questions. What should I be eating and drinking? How do I manage my unsettled baby? What could be causing colic in my baby?

I can help

I too have faced these challenges raising my own babies. In our Successful Breast Feeding Program I support you by providing personalised advice on:

  • The best breast feeding diet for your needs
  • Giving you a range of effective breastfeeding tips
  • Herbs and vitamins you need to enhance your breast milk quality and quantity
  • The most effective ways to protect your nipples from cracking and blistering
  • How to cope with lack of sleep

Treatment for your newborn

I will also treat your newborn for any problems such as eczema, digestive problems, poor sleep patterns and slow growth.

My aim is to help relieve any worry or anxiety so that you can simply enjoy this wonderful experience of bonding closely with your new baby.

Hi Susan,

I hope all is well. I just wanted to let you know all the hard work Sienna did with you last year has paid off - Sienna is no longer allergic to nuts.

She had her two year check up and her immunologist could not believe it. He first did the prick test and that was all clear then he requested a blood test and that was also clear then we did the food challenge which she passed.

She now eats nuts daily.

Thank you for all your help.
